The objective of this task is to get a clear understanding of the relevant parts the existing organization and how they
currently support or hinder the execution of the business processes in scope. An example of a formal way of interfacing
are Service Level Agreements (SLA's). These can be used as input.
NOTE: The cause for a shortfall could be in an area which is out of scope of the project. Solving the shortfall within
the project will result in a suoptimal solution, if it can be solved. Solving the reason for shortfall within the
relevant area will result in scope-creep to the project.
